Project Specifications

Currently in the pre-construction phase, the development is projected to be ready for occupancy in 2022. Right now, the project’s proposal shows a 32-storey modern high-rise tower, which is set to rest atop a beautiful podium base that will incorporate elements of the heritage building that currently occupies the site. Its future address will be 79-85 Shuter Street, which is at the southeast corner of Shuter Street and Mutual Street, near Moss Park.

Plans call for a total of 251 residential units, with condominium suites occupying the floors above the two-and- a-half storey podium base. The heritage building currently at the site will be restored and amalgamated into the base, which will house resident amenities and a welcoming  lobby area. Entryways to the project’s select number of two-storey townhomes will be accessible via the podium’s interior.

At present, the floorplan mix is expected to break down as follows:

  • 163 one-bedroom suites
  • 62 two-bedroom suites
  • 26 three-bedroom suites

The Garden District community will also feature an excellent selection of modern on-site conveniences, including:
